As our knowledge and understanding of the COVID-19 virus continues to evolve, our policies and plans will be updated as appropriate.
MANDATORY FACE MASKS - Face coverings are required to be worn by all guests (ages 2 and up) and staff members at all times, including those who have received a COVID-19 vaccine, while at Toyota Arena. For example, face coverings must be made with at least two layers of breathable material, fully cover the nose and mouth and secure under the chin, fit snugly against the side of the face, and be secured with ties or ear loops to allow the guest to remain hands-free. Should you forget a face covering one will be made available to you for a fee. Any guest unable to wear a face covering due to a medical condition must complete a self-attestation form.
For the safety of guests, staff, players, and media members, guests that refuse to comply with face covering policy will be denied entry into Toyota Arena or escorted out of the building without refund.
