GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR CONSIDERATION:
- All donation requests must be sent in writing 60 days prior to event or date needed by
- Your non-profit must be local and serve the community within a 20 mile radius of Toyota Arena
- You must be able to pick-up your donation at Toyota Arena's Administration Office

Use of Arena for Fund Raising Event
All Event proposals should be sent in writing with a brief overview of the following:
- Organization – general information.
- Proof of non-profit status (501-C)
- Type of event
- Date of event
- Timeframe including set up, public attendance, tear down etc.
- Expected attendance
- Any other details necessary to understand the nature of the event
