Toyota Arena is located just north of Interstate 10 in Ontario, California.  It is very close to the intersections of I-10 and I-15, and within 2 miles of Ontario International Airport. 

If you drive, please consider carpooling.

RIDESHARE DROP-OFF/ PICK UP POINT

Access the Rideshare / Drop Off / Pick Up area from Fourth Street traveling south on Via Asti to the North West corner of the venue.

*Note – due to egress shut down of several streets Via Asti is the only access to this area.

The arena has over 3,500 parking spaces on property, including parking for guests with disabilities. The venue is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to any vehicles parked on site at any time.  

Upgrade to VIP Parking for the next concert!  If you enjoy a VIP Treatment and would like to park closer to entrance of Toyota Arena – we have a parking option just for you!  Limited VIP Parking tickets are available for our Concerts only.  When you purchase your ticket for the show, you can purchase your parking or upgraded VIP Parking at the same time!  You will enter at the VIP Access of Toyota Arena your VIP Parking ticket.  Live entertainment experiences are memorable, make your event at Toyota Arena the very best it can be.  For more information about all the VIP options at Toyota Arena please contact out Premium Seating Sales team at PremiumSales@toyota-arena.com 

We take our guests’ experience seriously. We expect everyone to treat fellow guests and staff with respect.

Guest Services is located on the Main Concourse near section 109. Guest Service Representatives are available to answer your questions, collect lost and found items, provide pre-ordered Assisted Listening Devices and assist our guests. In addition, Guest Services can help with directions, complaints, or provide wheelchair escorts during events.

Look for any staff member wearing a Toyota Arena logo shirt to provide assistance.
